Please show the support used in the model and the support used in the physical test to measure the force.
Using a perfectly rigid support in the model such as a fixed support can add a lot of stiffness to the model that is not present in the physical test which has some flexibility in the support. This can contribute to large discrepancies between model and measured forces at the same tip displacement.
