The utility did not pop up when running OpticStudio as an admin, but I did pull up the licensing tools in the Optics Launcher, pressed on "Open Ansys Client Settings" and changed the port name to PHYS-S675, and got a green check after pressing "test". I restarted the program but got the same error when running OpticStudio, even as an admin.

When switching to the Optics Launcher Settings, I also changed the server name to PHYS-S675, and got a similar result. I do notice though that despite the connection being active, under Domain it says "server unreachable or licenses could not be found". Could this be the issue?
