The density-weighted continuity equation is a concept used in fluid dynamics to account for the variation in density of a fluid when considering mass conservation. In CFX, two distinct multiphase flow models are available, an Eulerian-Eulerian multiphase model and a Lagrangian Particle Tracking multiphase model.
