Hi Leonardo, The workbench treats the analysis system as changed even if a post-level item is added to the project.
This is known behavior and is this way to avoid any changes that may cause any changes to the project. The workaround you found can be automated using python possibly and the task can be automated instead of manually doing it. Or other workaround can be solving all design points again (which can be time consuming)
