As you suggested, I have successfully obtained the Voltage vs Temperature data in the form of a Matlab file (T.mat file) which is provided in the link: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042338014-Thermally-tuned-waveguide-FEEM-.But, unfortunately, I am not able to understand the next steps of optical calculations which may give a plot of Temperature vs Refractive Index and or Voltage vs refractive index plot. How can I proceed with the optical calculations in that case? Do I need to create the same device for the optical calculations? How and where can I import this Matlab file to get the desired result? Please suggest.
