Student is free, and you'll find 2023R2 to be the current version. 2022R2 will be available, but the licence will time out fairly soon.
Note, your University should be using an Academic version of the code, and if this is commercial there are other options: Student is for your learning, and not to replace either the University licences and must NOT be used for any commercial projects.
