OK, now I have seen it: I've not used the pdf version in over 10 years and hadn't realised we still released it. The version I was referring to is the web version but on the local machine, so all cross links etc are available: I use that as I always need to show Help when visiting a client's site.
I'll check this side, but with it being holiday season there will be a delay.
