I ran an optimization analysis in the ls_OPT software. The pre-optimization numerical steps of the analysis were very long and complex. Therefore, numerical analysis took a long time. Then I realized that I had misdefined one of the 'response' equations (mass) that I defined in the optimization. To fix this, check 'Extract results' etc under Repair menu. I said options. However, I saw that the mass values I changed were the same in the ExtendedResultsMaster_1 file. Is there a way to redo the optimization process by correcting this error without restarting the numerical analysis steps?
Is there a way to change the optimization algorithm and re-optimize without running the numerical analysis again?
