For getting a monitor result through the entire sweep, you will have to add that result to the "Results" section of the sweep utility.
Once the sweep is run, you can either right click on the sweep to visualize it or use the getsweepresult script command to store these results into variables. Also, I would suggest you to run (not the sweep, normal run) the simulation just for the last value of (z) and see if you are getting the monitor results, just to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the monitor setup.
