Thank you for your response. What I mean is, there is a quadratic tetrahedron element and its one face is curved and I want to find the normal vector acts on that surface including the position of that vector. So I want to know how the software calculate that normal vector and which location of the vector imposed on that element's face (is it imposed on the centre of the element's face or on each node on the element's face?). And how does Ansys assume it?
