I was able to solve this. For those that are interested, feel free to keep reading the solution. For the distance along a line, it is really easy. When you click "post" in the right hand tree, you will see another button in the tree that is "history". History usually indicates the variable of interest vs time. However, there is a checkbox to do 'along a line' that you should see in the window.
If you are doing SALE, like I was... this selection wasn't working. The key here is that you have to make sure that you have the solid elements checked. It won't work if you are choosing the ALE elements. At least for the pressure quantity. That seems to be stored in the solid element and not fluid element. I can provide photo guidance if not clear.
