I got it, I have modified the "launcher.2022R2.ini" under C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Launcher to "launcher.2022R2.ini.old". Then reopen the fluent, and the fluent launcher will appear again, and a file named "launcher.2022R2.ini" will be generated again.
