It is difficult to read your screenshot, but I would suggest exporting as .pmdb in SpaceClaim. .pmdb is compatible with Linux and should avoid this issue.
You can do this in SpaceClaim from the Workbench tab > Ansys Transfer > Fluent 2023 R2 > Export PMDB
