Does this appear when you try to get the result of the contact status? Please let me know. 

Have you tried to clear the %appdata% and %temp%? I found that some user has resolved the issue related to that by clearing the %appdata% an d%temp%. 

     Please clear the %appdata% in your system. To do this, Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar. Locate the Ansys folder and rename it to Ansys.old.

    Go to the Start Menu and open %temp% folder. Search for ‘.ansys’ folder and rename it to ‘.ansys.old’ then launch the application.
