Yes, I made many attempts to refine the mesh and the result continues to be similar. Actually, the results visible are highly impacted by the initialization that I chose for the model. When I initialise with a slight content of H2 and O2 already on the channel, then the channel produces H2. If not, it doesn¨t by itself...
