Hi Raul,

Can you please check the following information:

  1. while installing the application did you run setup.exe as admin?
  2. Can you try to clear the cache of the Fluent application by renaming the Ansys folder to Ansys.old (type in windows search bar %appdata% or C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Ansys), rename .cfx to .cfx.old and fluent.conf to fluent.conf.old (C:/Users/username) and relaunch the application.
