Only in periodic simulations, where you are simulating the unit cell of a periodic structure, you can project onto a grating order basis. But since this is a full simulation, it cannot be acheived directly.
To do it, we would have to find a way to filter specific diffraction orders from the field datasets collected from DFT monitors. I am in discussion with my colleagues to see if there is a straightforward way to do this by some post-processing steps using scripts. I will let you know soon when I have more information.
