Hello Roberto,
Did you create these holes from within SpaceClaim Standard hole option? Then in the Standard hole you have option to measure depth to the tip and add create a hole from top to the tip of the drill point. Please check the image below for your reference.
If the hole is not created in SpaceClaim, then you might want to have a point at a tip and then you can measure it from the top since it would generally measure the hole depth without the drill points.
