Jim,

I reset SFSA/SFSB to zero and used your nonlinear scaling suggestions. It gives better results then with just SFSA/SFSB=0.  I guess I will keep tweaking the nonlinear scaling controls...

This sure takes a lot more engineering time than just using MORTAR   :)
