Hello Konstantin,
Make sure you run SpaceClaim as an administrator (right-click the SpaceClaim icon and select "Run as Administrator"). Also, make sure that your Firewalls/antivirus are not blocking SpaceClaim from running (temporarily turn off firewalls and antivirus).
