Hi,

Try the following:
Make sure no Ansys programs are running
Go to :
%APPDATA%\
(This should take you to a directory: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\)
You should see a directory named: Ansys
rename that directory to: Ansys.old
Now try to run.
