Hello again,
I deleted all the cookies from the browser ( chrome) and tried again to access the ANSYS Account ( the log-in system has changed...) but the result is the same...
the basic language of the browser is not English but French (and if the problem came from the language of the browser, it would seem very complicated to me to announce to all the French-speaking customers to change the language of their browser to reach Ansys Account whereas that functioned very well before...)
