Most of the literature indicates the unit of permeability as length^2 (ex: mm^2). The unit of permeability used in APDL is length/time (ex: mm/sec). This inconsistency can be tackled by following the figure which I have uploaded here. This is an outcome of my understanding. Please do not follow this blindly.
