Hello everyone, I have finally resolved the error when connecting to System Coupling 2023. You can simply uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) by right-clicking your Ethernet adapter in "Change adapter options" and selecting Properties. I hope this will be useful for other users.
