Could you kindly provide us with the screenshot that demonstrates how you linked the static structure in the WB?
Have you attempted to drag the other static structural B into the static structural A's model cell? Prior to moving on to the static structural B, first make sure that every cell in static structure A up to the model cell (according to your requirements) has been updated. If not, update the cell in A.
