Was the installer downloaded from the Ansys website?
Can you try:
1. Go to "C:\Users\< username>\AppData\Roaming\Ansys" and rename the Ansys folder to Ansys.old
2. Check if the graphics card & drivers are updated, you can go to https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us to update NVIDIA graphics drivers.
3. Reinstall a fresh setup
