Did you check all the mes**** files for the word "Error"?
It may be good to make a general test of your HPC installation of MPP LS-DYNA. Try running a smaller implicit model using multiple cores, keeping in mind you don't want to assign a lot of cores to a small problem. Start with two cores. You can find examples at dynaexamples.com.
