OK, thanks for clarifying. 


First off, the mesh requirements differ between the codes so you shouldn't use a Mech mesh for CFD and vice versa.  There are tutorials covering meshing (and requirements) but I'm not sure what is available in the public domain: the ones I know of are on the ANSYS Customer Portal and Learning Hub and aren't accessible to students. 


Having said that, put "ansys meshing tutorial" without the " into YouTube and you'll see several available.  I also recommend sketching out the geometry before you start are you want to cluster mesh in regions of high gradient in both CFD & Mechanical: when you start out that will require some thinking!
