If you do not have physical backflow you do not really to care on the values provided there if you get rid of the backflow as the solution processes. Turbulence intensity (I) and TKE are related to the average velocity at your inflow / (outflow) as TKE= 1.5*(Umean*I)^2. For fully developed confined flows is approximated as 0.15*Re^(-1/8). Values for dissipation (specific or frequency of it) can be obtained from TKE by knowing either the length scales of turbulence or the ratio of viscosities. Length scale for external flow can be approximated from the boundary layer length (I guess one-fourth). For internal flow 70% of the hydraulic diameter is fine.
