Hi Karthi,


We don't officially support the use of VPN as VPN affects networking.


Depending on what VPN tool you are using, you may need to consult with the networking expert of that tool. Some VPN tool may also have a 'built-in' Firewall.


Generally, ANSYS licensing requires 3 TCP ports to be open and requires consistent DNS resolution on client and server.
