Add a Contact Tool to the Connections folder and evaluate the Initial Contact Status. The frictionless contact must show as Closed. If it does not, you must edit the contact. You can set the interface treatment to Adjust to Touch. After that, it should evaluate as Closed.
Then under Analysis Settings, turn on Auto Time Stepping and set the Initial Substeps to 100, and increase the Max Substeps to 200.
