Hi Don,


Do you have any  .err  files under (default) C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student


Please post the output of 'set' command (without quote ' ') from CMD Prompt.


Also, type 'dxdiag' (without quote) and launch the GUI, then select 'Display' tab and post the screenshot of it here.
