Installing is a different story than running.

Again, IP has nothing to do with this issue (and no, you do not need a new license file just for IP change). Even if port 2325 was not open, it'd have shown an error about it but, in your case, it just disappears.


All licensing functionality is the same regardless of where you host the license as long as you have network communications configured with it.
