You will need to perform a License Server Change. This is done online by who the assets are tied to.
That person can contact the ANSYS Account Manager for your Account.
A new license will be created and sent to the person the Assets are tied to.
It also can be done online. Here are instructions for that. Also needed to be done by person who the assets are tied to.
