Go into DesignModeler, create two planes and slice the solid body into three pieces, the two straight pipes and the elbow. Select the three pieces and Form New Part to make a multi-body part that will have mesh connectivity. Then apply the inflation and the elements on the bottom can easily be made with no skewness.
