Do you want to have averaged quantities at the outlet? Please check the Calculator tab?
If you are talking abut mean values gathered over certain time then you need to enable that in Fluent or CFX from the beginning or use a CFD-Post script to create this averaged quantities which could be then visualized like any normal variables.
