Since there are two ways the login can be created, one where the ASC adds the end user directly and assigns subscription in myaccount portal, or the end user directly goes to and tries log in. When the user logs in directly themselves, it generates an automatic password, which is supposed to be reset for the first login. But I think it is not doing that right now, causing it to assume the password, and proceed with the verification code. This is an unusual behavior. The team is working on it, can you please verify if all the instances of such issues with your situation resemble with this, so that I can convey that to the team as a confirmation? Also can you please send the customer details, I will check with the team to see the logins made by them?
