I don't see any licenses assigned to your account. If you are the administrator, please watch this video for instructions on how to assign subscriptions: https://ansyskm.ansys.com/forums/topic/named-user-subscription-administration
When you log into myaccount.ansys.com you will see a Subscriptions tab. Each subscription comes with 2 activations, which will be listed on that page. Your activations will have a device ID if already used, or report as Unused.
To activate another device, make sure one of the activations in your account is free. Install the software on the PC, then launch it and log in using the same email and password as your account.
Unless blocked by a firewall or some other security measure, this should activate the software.
