Hello marcellszeles I ran a couple of iterations with some small changes to your model to achieve convergence.

• Changing the Solution Substeping to Adaptive
• Changing the contact behaviour at the thread from Frictionless to Frictional contact with a minimal frictional value of 0.1 resulted in a converged solution.

I fail to understand the reason for Frictionless contact. Is there any specific reason for that? I see that assigning a Frictional contact is closer to a practical problem and allows better convergence. I have emailed the model to you via Ansys Secure Transfer for reference.
