Hi Subashni ,

thanks for your fast standby.

In the meantime I compared a few things, that drives me to the conclusion that the model is right (with 1/8 of heat capacitance applied on 1/8 of the box). Obviously it is not possible to compare my hand calculation with the FEM as the influence of geometric differences is to signifcant:

- for the hand calc I considered a plane wall having the area equal to the box's surface

- in the FEM I have corners and radii and beadings

However, I am wondering that the heat loss in my box shall be so dramatic. But that's maybe how it is ;-)
