I just checked your account and the Keyshot license is still not showing up as activated. Can you launch SpaceClaim and access keyshot tab and its functions which might activate the keyshot license? If this is still not working, please go to %temp% folder, then zip folder the named .ansys and send it to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com. This folder might be hidden so unhide all the folders first.
