I could find the issue with the model. The Mold body size was wrongly selected as "Front"  in the contact definition of your model. I switched it to "Back" and could easily get the solution, with just this one change.

It is required to specify the side of the (structural) physics region where the body of the mold is located. An arrow in the graphics window allows you to visualize the position of the mold body. The mold body sits on the same side of the parison as the arrowhead.

 

Please give this a try and let me know if there is any further query. Here is the result i got with this change.

 

Unfortunately, we strayed in the wrong direction while the problem was relatively minor. Nevertheless, good to see that the issue is resolved now.
