Conjugate heat transfer analysis is not available in Explore stage as of now. You can do a thermal analysis in Explore stage by applying heat loads to the CPUs and specify convective heat transfer coefficient to analyze the cooling of the CPUs (this will not include the fluid region). You can find examples on thermal analysis in the tutorials section.
