I think this error is related to the Q&A Services option during installation and has nothing to do with graphics card. Was the below option enabled while installing Discovery products?

Can you open Environment Variables panel and check if there is any variable named "ENABLE_ANSYS_QA_SERVICES" and delete it? If the above environment variable is not available, then unfortunately you will have to uninstall and reinstall it again. But make sure that you deselect the option highlighted in above image and then proceed with the installation.
