I am not seeing any subscription license under your account. Are you using an enterprise (floating) license? If yes, I would request you to reach out to the ANSYS Sales representative or the Channel Partner from whom you received the trial license.
Also, it appears that you haven't opted for the 30-day free subscription trial license. You can click the trial link located on the right side of the forum page and get a 30-day trial license.
