Dear all,

I am also facing the same issue, and I already tried every step that has been mentioned in this topic.

I have installed the ANSYS Discovery 2022R1 version. SpaceClaim is working really fine instead.

Do you have another workaround that could solve this problem? We already bought the elastic license hours and every day that we can not use it we are losing money. Please help us.
