Tim Dukes I noticed if they switch to DCH driver type in the search they get the 370mb size. We typically advise to use standard and DCH is meant for OEMS implementing the Microsoft Universal Driver paradigm.
Have they confirmed the type of system they have? locate Driver Type under the System Information menu in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
