It turned out the problem in my case was on graphics drivers' side. Discovery was not willing to work on latest drivers from nVidia website (471.68, I've tried Game Ready and Studio versions), but is working on version 466.18 downloaded from laptop manufacturer's website (I have Alienware 17 R4 with GTX 1080).
