You can try including "Particles" in Additional physics as shown in Discovery AIM. Although, this feature is limited to steady-state tracking with constant particle diameters and study related to the atomisation of the stream cannot be performed.
I would recommend you to try this simulation in Ansys Workbench (Fluent)for better simulation capabilities for this problem statement.
