I think part of the issue is there is no subscription attached to the account? I ran through the troubleshooter here: And have checked a few of these off.
  1. My user name is liam.xxxxx would this affect the cloud software from connecting?
  2. I've enabled the firewall exception so ansys has access
  3. Logged in under an admin account to see if this user name would fix the issue
  4. Ran the server ping test, and it returns the 4 pings
Is there some other process I need to go through to activate the free trial? Thanks!
