I think part of the issue is there is no subscription attached to the account?
I ran through the troubleshooter here: https://forum.ansys.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/discovery_license_activation_troubleshooting.pdf
And have checked a few of these off.
- My user name is liam.xxxxx would this affect the cloud software from connecting?
- I've enabled the firewall exception so ansys has access
- Logged in under an admin account to see if this user name would fix the issue
- Ran the server ping test, and it returns the 4 pings
